If you have previously self-excluded from Win588 or any affiliated platform, you are not eligible to register a new Account during the self-exclusion period. Circumventing a self-exclusion is a serious breach of these Terms.
You must provide accurate, current and complete information during the registration process, including your legal full name, date of birth, residential address and a valid email address. Win588 is not responsible for errors arising from inaccurate information provided by the User.
You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your Account credentials, including your username and password. You must not share your login details with any third party. Win588 will not be liable for any loss or damage resulting from unauthorised access to your Account due to your failure to maintain credential security.

Win588 reserves the right to refuse or return any deposit at its sole discretion, including deposits arising from payment methods not registered to the Account holder or deposits from sources subject to legal restrictions.
All bonuses, free bets, cashback offers and other promotional incentives made available by Win588 are subject to the specific terms attached to each promotion ("Promotional Terms") in addition to these general Terms. In the event of conflict between Promotional Terms and these Terms, the Promotional Terms shall prevail in respect of that specific offer.
